Refund Policy: Ensuring Customer Satisfaction

Our refund policy provides a window of 14 days for exchanges. If it has been 14 days since your purchase, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer an exchange.
Please note that we do not provide refunds for change of mind, or if a customer incorrectly reads the description of our products; only exchanges are allowed.
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. Additionally, it should be in its original packaging.

* Please note that we are an AirTag accessory store and our products do not come provided with the AirTag tracker. These can be purchased via the Apple Store.

Exchanges (if applicable):

We will only replace items that are defective or damaged.
Our return policy allows for a 14-day period after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn or unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your order upon delivery and promptly contact us if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. This will enable us to assess the issue and make it right.

Exceptions/non-returnable items:

Certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants), custom products (e.g., special orders, personalized items), and personal care goods (e.g., beauty products). Additionally, returns are not accepted for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Not withstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
